I can’t login to Cognisense website.

Please make sure you have the right username and password. Else, contact your administrator.

I can’t see any chart from Cognisense dashboard.

You might need to reboot the Cognisense device. Please email Cognisense Helpdesk at support@cognisense.my for assistance.

I don’t receive any alert or notification from Cognisense when my air-conditioner is down and/or when there is power outage at my server room.
